Role Overview
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a passionate and experienced Remote Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will provide critical therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate through various life challenges in an outpatient office setting.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions via remote platforms.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to coordinate care as necessary.
• Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated on best practices in therapy.
Required Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
