Alcon is looking to hire a Manager, Supply Chain Planning – Lifecycle to lead and execute labeling lifecycle activities supporting product launches, labeling changes, and transfers. This role is responsible for driving end‑to‑end execution of labeling lifecycle projects to ensure regulatory compliance, data accuracy, and uninterrupted, on‑time supply. The role serves as a key liaison across cross‑functional teams—including master data, commercial, S&OP, artwork, affiliates, and manufacturing—coordinating timelines, managing dependencies, and proactively addressing risks. In close collaboration with Lifecycle personnel, this role contributes to the development and execution of complex cutover strategies and supports alignment with broader strategic project and program plans. A typical day would include: Leading execution activities for labeling lifecycle projects, including product launches, changes, and transfers, to ensure compliant, accurate, and timely supply across markets. Serving as a primary point of contact for cross‑functional stakeholders (master data, commercial, S&OP, artwork), aligning expectations, coordinating deliverables, monitoring progress, and escalating risks as needed. Developing, maintaining, and communicating detailed project timelines, milestones, and status updates to ensure transparency and accountability. Partnering closely with Lifecycle personnel to support the planning and execution of complex cutover strategies, including defining implementation dates, assessing supply impacts, and coordinating actions with affiliates and manufacturing sites. Identifying opportunities to improve lifecycle processes, tools, or ways of working to enhance execution efficiency, data quality, and cross‑functional collaboration.
