• About the Opportunity:
The Regional Program Manager (Global Customer Management) will focus on managing program activities within a specific region in the United States. This role is essential in supporting global, regional, and local teams related to customer services, data centers, and operations. The position acts as the primary operational liaison to clients, shaping strategic program direction, driving operational standards, and promoting harmonization through project management and continuous improvement initiatives. This role ensures alignment with customer goals and supports growth in revenue and profitability.
• Responsibilities:
• Drive strategic programs for the Global Customer Management Team, focusing on process and tool development, standardization, reporting, and compliance
• Ensure global standardization of processes, tools, and systems; support new business implementations and share best practices
• Lead global strategic planning and associated projects
• Track, manage, and measure strategic initiatives to meet customer objectives
• Monitor performance across all sites via audits and key metrics; escalate risks or issues as needed
• Communicate across business units to gain feedback, alignment, and buy-in
• Use project and program management expertise to engage leadership and challenge assumptions
• Develop and execute communication strategies supporting company priorities
• Support change management related to customer strategy
• Assist operations in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives; measure and report results
• Collaborate with Center of Excellence colleagues on sub-program developments across various business areas
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and customer stakeholders at all levels
• Support Country Managing Directors and site managers in development activities and strategic alignment
• Partner with regional IT, data centers, and internal operations teams to leverage resources and information
• Collaborate with P&L owners and business development to improve revenue and profitability
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in operational roles within contract logistics, including P&L accountability
• Demonstrable end-to-end experience across sales, strategy, consulting, and supply chain
• Strong understanding of the industry and local market conditions
• Proficient in Business English, both written and verbal
• Experience working in a global matrix organization
• Ability to travel frequently, approximately 25% of the time
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a project management mindset
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach able to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Strategic and tactical thinking skills to drive cross-functional initiatives
• Problem-solving, mediation, and quantitative analysis capabilities
• Indirect leadership skills and ability to build relationships at all levels and geographies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
