Solstice Healthcare is a Connecticut-based mental health practice providing therapy and medication management through a collaborative care model. We are hiring an LCSW to see adults in a structured, part-time telehealth role with steady patients and full administrative support.
Compensation & Schedule
• $75 per completed clinical hour
• 12–15 hours per week (minimum 12 required)
• You choose your hours within Monday–Friday between 9am–4pm
• Fixed weekly schedule (same hours each week)
• Opportunity to increase hours over time
• W2 employee (not independent contractor)
Role
• Provide individual outpatient therapy via telehealth
• Maintain consistent weekly sessions with patients
• Complete documentation within 24 hours
• Collaborate with medication management providers as needed

Requirements
• Active Connecticut LCSW license in good standing
• Comfortable working independently via telehealth
