Patient Intake Coordinator (Bilingual: English/Spanish) - Outpatient Behavioral Health (Fully Remote, Florida)

Seasons Psychotherapy Associates is a high-volume outpatient behavioral health practice serving clients across Florida. We are hiring an experienced bilingual Patient Intake Coordinator to manage patient intake, scheduling, and insurance verification in a structured, fast-paced remote environment. This role is best suited for candidates who have previously worked in a medical or mental health setting and are comfortable handling high call volume, insurance workflows, and patient coordination independently. Fully remote. Florida-based candidates only.
