Seasons Psychotherapy Associates is a high-volume outpatient behavioral health practice serving clients across Florida.
We are hiring an experienced bilingual Patient Intake Coordinator to manage patient intake, scheduling, and insurance verification in a structured, fast-paced remote environment.
This role is best suited for candidates who have previously worked in a medical or mental health setting and are comfortable handling high call volume, insurance workflows, and patient coordination independently.
Fully remote. Florida-based candidates only.
What You'll Do
Manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails (50+ patient interactions per day)Conduct patient intakes and accurately document information in the EHRSchedule patients based on clinician availability, specialty, and insurance participationVerify insurance eligibility and explain benefits, copays, and next steps clearlyMaintain accurate schedules and documentationCoordinate with clinicians, billing, and administrative staff to resolve issues efficiently
Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)2+ years of experience in a medical office, behavioral health practice, or healthcare administrative roleDirect experience verifying insurance benefits and explaining coverage to patientsExperience using EHR systems and managing appointment schedulingComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong communication, organization, and attention to detailReliable home office with high-speed internetMust pass Level 2 background checkMust reside in Florida
Preferred Experience
Behavioral health or psychotherapy practice experienceFamiliarity with insurance workflows (eligibility, benefits, authorizations)Experience with Google Workspace, scheduling systems, or Zendesk
