Job Summary This opportunity is for licensed Real Estate Brokers seeking a flexible independent contractor role in South Carolina. It is designed for professionals who prefer a performance-based structure and want access to tools, training, and collaboration across real estate-related functions. Key Responsibilities Real Estate Broker Duties: • Assist clients with buying, selling, and negotiating real estate transactions • Oversee and support real estate deals in accordance with local requirements • Maintain communication with clients, agents, and transaction partners • Use available tools and resources to support property-related activities • Coordinate with supporting professionals during transactions • Participate in training and team development sessions as needed Work Environment: • Remote and/or local flexibility • Independent schedule management • Virtual or in-person collaboration as needed • Access to CRM systems, onboarding, and training resources Compensation This is a performance-based independent contractor role.
