Real Estate Trainer - Performance Coach

We’re looking for a proven real estate leader who knows how to drive production at a high level. This is a performance-driven coaching role focused on helping agents increase GCI, units, conversion, and pipeline strength, all within a fast-paced, virtual environment. If you’ve led agents before and understand how to turn activity into results, this is an opportunity to scale your impact across an entire team! Compensation • Base Salary: $80,000 • On-Target Earnings: $120,000 - $140,000+ • Performance-based bonuses tied to team growth, production, and development Compensation: $80,000 yearly Responsibilities: Big Picture/What You’ll Do: • Coach agents weekly (minimum) through structured 1:1 sessions • Improve conversion, follow-up, pipeline management, and closing skills • Track and drive performance across GCI, units, appointments, and pipeline health • Establish clear accountability systems and performance standards • Bring energy, urgency, and focus to a virtual team environment • Partner with leadership on growth and agent development- this may spill over into some agent recruiting if the team needs assistance • Support the brand through social media and agent promotion • Support agents on deals, pricing, negotiations, and client issues • Lead trainings, role-plays, and workshops that sharpen sales mastery • Model professionalism, communication, and solution-oriented thinking • Travel periodically for team events, trainings, and key initiatives Driving Predictable Production: • Track daily activity, follow-ups, CRM usage, and pipeline movement to ensure consistent results • Improve lead conversion, speed-to-lead, and overall team efficiency • Manage lead flow, protect ROI, and eliminate lead leakage • Lead by example with your own appointments, generation, and closings • Build repeatable systems to scale the team into new markets What Success Looks Like: • Agents are converting at higher rates and closing more deals • There is a consistent coaching cadence and accountability structure • The team is tracking and improving key metrics like GCI, units, and pipeline health • The team operates with high energy- even in a virtual setting • New agents ramp faster, and top agents continue to grow • Leadership is freed up from day-to-day sales coaching Qualifications: • You have helped run (or have knowledge of running) a real estate team or brokerage • You are comfortable operating in a fully or primarily virtual environment • You have a track record of improving agent production and performance metrics • You understand and actively coach on GCI, units, conversion ratios, and pipeline management • You bring high energy and naturally motivate others • You are both inspiring and accountable- you push people to perform • You’re a doer - you create momentum, not wait for direction • You are confident and consistent on social media and personal branding Core Traits We Value: • Ownership: You take responsibility for team performance • Hustle: You bring intensity and urgency every day • Coaching Mindset: You develop people, not just manage them • Problem-Solving: You identify gaps and fix them fast • Growth-Oriented: You’re always learning and leveling up • Adaptability: You thrive wearing multiple hats in a scaling business About Company Savvy Realty is a fast-growing, nationwide team of real estate experts focused on short-term rental investments.
