Job Description Description: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels • Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager, business leaders and HR. • Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process. • Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process. JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS • Five plus years of Staffing/Recruitment experience and strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization. • Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team based project experience. • Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes. • Must have experience sourcing resumes from all sources. • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Workday. • Experience in general HR functions. Additional Information : What project or initiative will they be working on? • Provide end to end recruiting support for Corporate Functions, which may include Human Resource, Corporate Affairs-Global Communications or Global Governance-Compliance. The persons selected will be backfilling for 2 paternity leaves; one from February 9-May 17, the other from March 2-June 7. Will this role be hybrid? • Yes If hybrid, how many days per week will need to be in office? • We would prefer a person be on-site at least 3 days a week. Remote work can be considered for strong candidates NOT located near Walmart's Corporate HQ. Top 3 Skills Needed or Required 1. Full cycle recruitment experience-WorkDay background preferred. 2. Strong communication and an ability to partner with leaders and key stakeholders 3. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with an eye on candidate/hiring manager engagement. What are the day-to-day responsibilities? 1. Conduct Strategy Meetings and Post Requisitions 2. Disposition/Screen applicants. 3. Work with Coordination/Hiring Managers to schedule interviews and gather interview feedback 4. Work with People Partners, Compensation and Hiring Managers to align on offer details 5.
