Compliancy Group is a platform for healthcare compliance programs, aiming to simplify compliance requirements for healthcare organizations. They are seeking an Account Executive to drive sales by helping clients recognize their compliance gaps and offering complete solutions instead of point tools.
Responsibilities
- Generate and own your pipeline through both inbound inquiry and strategic outbound, then run the full sales cycle from first conversation to close
- Lead discovery conversations that uncover the real compliance risk behind the immediate need, and reframe the conversation from point tool to complete program
- Partner with Customer Success at handoff to ensure every new client starts strong
- Keep your HubSpot activity current and accurate so pipeline and forecast data reflect reality
- Track and report on your territory performance with a data-informed view of what is working and what is not
- Stay current on our platform, our competitive landscape, and the regulatory environment so you can speak with authority in every conversation
Skills
- 2 or more years managing a full sales cycle, with a track record of hitting quota as a consistent top performer
- Experience with deal sizes in the $5K to $75K range
- Comfort with sales automation tools including HubSpot, Apollo, Salesloft, or Outreach
- Strong discovery and consultative selling skills; you ask before you pitch
- A collaborative mentality: you care as much about your teammates' success as your own
- Background in healthcare, compliance, or B2B SaaS is a plus
