Rhythm Express is a leading provider of remote cardiac monitoring services, and they are seeking a Clinical Specialist Manager to lead a national team focused on educating healthcare providers about their cardiac diagnostic technologies. The role involves coaching Clinical Specialists, overseeing training programs, and acting as a liaison between clinics and internal teams to enhance patient care and technology adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Clinical Specialists who educate physicians and clinic staff on device functionality, clinical application, and best practices
- Shape and oversee in‑service training, onboarding, and ongoing clinical support programs that drive adoption, satisfaction, and optimal patient outcomes
- Act as the key liaison between clinics and internal teams, aligning the Customer Service department with Sales and Clinical Monitoring around a unified, customer‑centric education strategy
Skills
- A four‑year degree or equivalent experience in nursing, biomedical engineering, or another allied healthcare field
- Significant experience in cardiac monitoring and/or cardiology, including leading or managing field/application teams
- A natural desire to teach and coach, a strong affinity for diagnostic technology, and the ability to self‑manage with a proactive, collaborative mindset
- Excellent English communication skills (oral and written) and proficiency with computers and mobile tools
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
