Position Summary

We are seeking a self‑driven, remote Customer Service & Account Management Representative to join the careerzynith sales support team. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between our sales managers, internal operations, and a diverse portfolio of clients across the United States. You will own the end‑to‑end order lifecycle—from initial quotation and purchase‑order review to order entry, tracking, and final shipment release—while ensuring pricing accuracy, compliance with careerzynith guidelines, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

careerzynith offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 – $60,000 per year**, commensurate with experience and performance. In addition to base pay, you will be eligible for performance‑based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
