Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and reliable attendance
- Ability to work various shifts, using Windows and Mac OS
- Typing speed of 25 WPM or higher
- Over 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Predictable, dependable, and tech-savvy
- Good communication skills
- 6–12 months customer service experience
- Technical background
