Montefiore Einstein Technology is seeking a Learning & Organization Development Specialist to support enterprise-wide learning and change initiatives. This role involves partnering with stakeholders to design, deliver, and improve programs that enhance performance and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to assess learning and organizational needs and design effective solutions
- Support and execute all phases of the Organization Development (OD) lifecycle (assessment, design, delivery, evaluation)
- Partner with leaders and stakeholders to support change readiness, communication planning, and adoption of organizational initiatives
- Develop engaging learning materials, tools, and communications
- Facilitate training sessions and OD programs (in-person and virtual)
- Manage program logistics, communications, and LMS updates
- Create and maintain project plans, track milestones, and proactively identify risks
- Analyze program data and feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Support organizational change initiatives, including communication strategies and learning interventions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in learning, training, OD, or program coordination
- Experience participating in organizational change management efforts, including communication planning, stakeholder readiness, adoption activities, and learning interventions that support business transformation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools
- Ability to influence without direct authority and build effective relationships across a complex organization
- Master's degree preferred
- Experience working with or presenting to leaders (Director level or above)
- Comfortable navigating change and ambiguity
- A self-starter who takes ownership without needing step-by-step direction
- Skilled at balancing project execution and stakeholder relationships
- Experienced in or exposed to change management environments
- Passionate about learning, development, and organizational impact
