Hometown Urgent Care is Ohio's largest provider of urgent care and occupational health services, seeking a Marketing & AI Innovation Specialist. The role involves leveraging AI to develop marketing strategies, create content, and improve organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Hometown's family of websites
- Create engaging, SEO-driven content and digital marketing campaigns
- Produce videos, presentations, graphics, and marketing assets using AI-powered tools
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and automate repetitive marketing tasks
- Research, test, and implement emerging AI technologies that enhance productivity and creativity
- Audit websites for content, SEO, usability, and user experience
- Monitor competitor activity and recommend innovative improvements
- Support website updates using WordPress, Elementor, and Divi
- Collaborate with leadership to develop creative marketing solutions that support organizational goals
Skills
- Demonstrated experience using AI to solve business problems or improve workflows
- Strong marketing, communication, and content creation experience
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices
- Experience producing digital content, videos, or presentations
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, UX principles, and basic web technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience managing WordPress websites (Elementor and/or Divi preferred)
- Healthcare marketing experience is a plus
- Experience with tools such as: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Manus, Canva AI, Runway, Veo, Midjourney, Perplexity, Zapier, Make, Microsoft Power Automate, Other AI platforms used to improve creativity, productivity, or workflow
