Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kayzen is a mobile demand-side platform (DSP) dedicated to democratizing programmatic advertising. The Marketing Lead will be responsible for leading all aspects of marketing, developing GTM strategies, and driving demand generation to enhance Kayzen's position in the advertising technology industry.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the C-Suite to develop and execute GTM strategies for growing our business with our target ICPs
- Translate Kayzen's vision and positioning into a strong narrative that creates a unique positioning and speaks to our future customers' needs & wants
- Own the brand voice end-to-end. Define positioning, messaging, and narrative frameworks that turn product features into stories customers actually remember and repeat
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry contacts such as partners, select key customers and suppliers, and multipliers who can help us amplify our message
- Predictably and systematically grow our inbound leads and MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads), using effective demand generation approaches (for example, through growing the user base our free kAI Explorer AI Agent)
- Deeply empathise with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and perspectives, analyze and understand industry trends and translate that into building best-in-class messaging and positioning for Kayzen
- Ownership and effective use of our suite of marketing tools and systems, such as Hubspot, Wordpress, Claude AI, Fin
- Build a lean but high performing team of marketing specialists focused on driving measurable revenue growth
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the mobile or CTV advertising technology field
- Excellent command of the English language, both in writing and speaking
- Strong prioritization skills with ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- A genuine Passion for the advertising technology sector
- A preference for working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment and experience working with (hybrid) remote teams
- Strong collaboration skills aligning vision and execution roadmap cross-functionally with other leaders (peers) in the organization
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools as a productivity accelerator for day to day work and a strong motivation to continue building your AI-first execution toolset
- Demonstrated track record of growing a scale-up with strong marketing execution in a previous role is a big plus
- Previous experience with public speaking on industry events is a plus
- Previous experience building a community led demand generation engine is a plus
