The role involves leading scheduled calls with prospective clients, qualifying opportunities, and presenting recruitment solutions in a client-friendly manner.
Responsibilities
- Lead 1–3 scheduled video calls per day with prospective clients
- Qualify each opportunity through a structured discussion process
- Present recruitment solutions in a clear, commercial, and client-friendly way
- Capture key details and hand over qualified opportunities internally
- Provide follow-up support to leads and newly onboarded clients
- Document all activity accurately in CRM and Slack
- Track metrics and recommend ways to improve lead conversion
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or consultative B2B sales
- Proven record of closing service engagements
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Good discovery, listening, and qualification skills
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working with CRM software, collaboration tools, and office systems
- Strong self-management in a remote work environment
- At least 25 years of previous work experience
- Entrepreneurial outlook
- Working knowledge of IT and CRM platforms
