They are seeking a licensed full-time experienced Personal Lines Customer Service Representative who is self-motivated and knowledgeable, with strong Personal Lines experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with serving personal lines policies, including but not limited to, auto and homeowners’ insurance
- Support policy renewals, endorsement and basic policy changes
- Respond to client inquiries and direct requests appropriately
- Communicate with insurance carriers and internal team members as needed
- Maintain accurate client and policy records in the agency management system (AMS360)
- Learn to identify coverage needs and support coverage recommendations
- Provide professional, courteous service to clients at all times
Skills
- License: Property & Casualty (ANY state)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Personal Lines with an independent insurance agency
- Strong working knowledge of AMS360 agency management system
- Some College; No Degree
- License: Property & Casualty (RI or MA)
- Computer Skills: Adobe, DocuSign, MS Outlook, Zoom, MS Word
- Additional Language Skills: Spanish
