They are seeking an Operations Program Manager to manage retail repair and maintenance programs, oversee warehouse operations, and drive process improvements while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations for third-party (3P) retail repair & maintenance programs and warehouse/supply fulfillment across North America
- Oversee warehouse vendors, service providers, and 3PL partners to ensure service quality, compliance, and operational performance
- Drive process improvements by developing SOPs, training documentation, and scalable operational workflows
- Monitor KPIs, inventory accuracy, corrective actions, and audit readiness while resolving operational escalations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail Operations, Physical Merchandising, Finance, Procurement, suppliers, and logistics partners to support new product launches and retail initiatives
Skills
- 3+ years of Program or Project Management in Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Operations
- 3+ years managing repair & maintenance, supply fulfillment, warehouse operations, vendor management, or 3PL operations
- Experience supporting big-box retail, retail field operations, or multi-site retail environments
- Strong Vendor Management (RFPs, SLAs, contracts, scorecards, escalations, service reviews)
- Experience managing warehouse operations and material flow
- Process improvement and operational excellence
- KPI tracking, reporting, and performance management
- SOP creation and operational documentation
- Cross-functional stakeholder management
- Google Workspace and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to travel throughout the U.S. and Canada
- Ability to work PST/CST business hours
- Consumer electronics industry experience
- Technology retail experience
- Six Sigma certification
- PMP certification
- Experience supporting retail product launches or retail refresh programs
- OPEX planning experience
