Nasscomm is seeking a Project Manager to join a high-impact team supporting enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives for a leading wealth management client. In this role, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex projects across cross-functional teams, ensuring delivery is aligned to business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across business and technology workstreams
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and status reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, deliverables, and deadlines
- Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, and drive timely resolution and escalation when needed
- Track progress against project goals, budgets, and resource plans, and communicate variances clearly to stakeholders
- Facilitate governance meetings, working sessions, status reviews, and decision-making forums
- Partner with business, product, technology, and operations teams to ensure requirements, deliverables, and handoffs are well coordinated
- Support change management, implementation readiness, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure project documentation, action logs, RAID logs, and reporting artifacts are current and accurate
- Promote delivery discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement across the project team
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, delivery management, or related roles
- Experience leading complex cross-functional projects in enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder governance
- Experience working with both business and technology teams to drive execution
- Strong communication, organization, and issue-resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced and evolving environments
- Experience in wealth management, financial services, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
- Experience with project financials, resource planning, and executive status reporting
- Exposure to enterprise platform, digital, operations, or transformation programs
- Experience in consulting or professional services environments
