Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ellsworth Corporation is a global, industry leading distributor of specialty chemicals and equipment and adhesive manufacturer. They are seeking a Senior ERP Technical Analyst to analyze business processes, develop ERP solutions, and collaborate with internal business leaders to enhance ERP applications.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the ERP system (Prophet21 and Microsoft Dynamics) to ensure it meets the organization's needs
- Understands current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
- Works closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements / technical specifications and translates them into ERP system configurations, customizations and integrations
- Leads and manages ERP-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Develops and implements customizations, enhancements, and integrations with other business applications to meet business requirements
- Provides ongoing support to ERP system users by troubleshooting issues and resolving system-related problems
Skills
- 10+ years of experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Prophet21, Microsoft Dynamics, others) in the manufacturing and/or distribution industries
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered
- Proven experience in planning and leading ERP implementations, upgrades and enhancements in the manufacturing and/or distribution industries
- Strong technical knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Prophet21, Microsoft Dynamics)
- In depth knowledge of ERP architecture and integration methodologies
- Strong proficiency in SQL, database management, programming languages relevant to ERP systems (including APIs and system integrations)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a focus on providing a high level of customer service
