Key Responsibilities

Assist with coordinating reservations, lodging, transportation, activities, and excursions
Provide travel guidance and support throughout the planning process
Communicate with clients using phone, email, messaging platforms, and virtual tools
Collaborate with supplier partners to confirm availability and finalize travel arrangements
Track booking details, itinerary updates, and client requests
Maintain accurate client profiles, reservations, and travel documentation
Stay updated on destination information, travel trends, promotions, and supplier offerings
Deliver professional and personalized service from initial inquiry through trip completion
Qualifications
Interest in travel, hospitality, customer support, sales, or service-based industries
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to stay organized while managing multiple client needs
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online platforms
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through abilities
