Key Responsibilities
- Dashboard Development & Maintenance: Design, develop, and iterate on interactive Tableau dashboards that surface critical performance metrics for internal stakeholders.
- Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Conduct deep‑dive analyses to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities within large data sets, translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or a closely related role.
- Strong foundation in analytics concepts, including data visualization, statistical analysis, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive).
- Proven ability to translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau—building complex visualizations, calculated fields, and performance‑optimized dashboards.
- Expertise in SQL—writing aggregation queries, nested sub‑queries, and performing data validation at scale.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

- Familiarity with software development analytics, including CI/CD pipelines, DORA metrics, and LEAN software delivery principles.
