Role Overview – Customer Experience Engineer (Observability & SLOs)
We are seeking a highly motivated, customer‑obsessed Customer Experience Engineer to join the careerzynith Cloud Customer Experience (CXP) team. In this role, you will design, implement, and operate Service Level Objective (SLO) monitoring solutions that ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of mission‑critical applications hosted on the careerzynith Cloud. You will work closely with customers, service engineering teams, and product groups to translate business goals into measurable reliability targets, detect breaches proactively, and drive continuous improvement across the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Collaboration: Partner with customers to define and formalize SLOs and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) that align with their business objectives and contractual agreements.
- Instrumentation & Measurement: Embed instrumentation in customer workloads and careerzynith services to capture SLO‑related metrics, develop automated detection of SLO breaches, and create real‑time dashboards.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience designing, implementing, debugging, and launching commercial software products or web services.
- At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or Customer Reliability Engineering (CRE) within a cloud environment (careerzynith Cloud, AWS, or GCP).
- Demonstrated expertise in creating, managing, and evolving Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) for enterprise‑grade cloud customers.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an external client‑facing role, with a track record of building trusted relationships and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Strong programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python, Go, PowerShell) to develop instrumentation, automation, and monitoring solutions.
