Job Summary

We're looking for skilled 10 Key Data Entry Operators to input data into our databases quickly and accurately. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be able to work efficiently under minimal supervision, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data accurately and efficiently using 10-key pad by touch.
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
• Update existing data and maintain data logs.
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
• Ensure data confidentiality and comply with data integrity and security policies.

Qualifications:

We're looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy (10,000 keystrokes per hour or more).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and data integrity.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
