We are seeking a highly driven Sales and Business Development Representative to lead this growth initiative.
This role is ideal for a modern sales professional who not only excels at closing deals but also leverages AI tools and automation to scale outreach, optimize performance, and uncover new business opportunities. You will play a key role in building our commercial client base while helping shape a smarter, tech-enabled sales operation.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to launch and grow our commercial cleaning services.
• Identify, prospect, and engage potential B2B clients (offices, retail, corporate spaces, etc.).
• Use AI-powered tools to enhance lead generation, prospecting, personalization, and outreach efficiency.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and expansion opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through phone, email, and virtual communication.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Collaborate with operations to align service offerings with commercial client needs.
• Track and manage all sales activities using CRM systems and digital tools.
• Continuously optimize sales processes using data insights and automation.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to long-term business growth.
Compensation
• Competitive commission structure based on revenue generated
• Fixed fee per new client/account secured
• Performance-based incentives with strong earning potential
Requirements
• Proven experience in sales and business development (B2B preferred; cleaning or service industry is a plus)
• Strong closing skills and confidence in phone/remote selling
• Solid knowledge and practical use of AI tools in sales, such as:
Lead generation and prospecting tools
AI-assisted email writing and personalization
Automation tools for outreach and follow-ups
Data analysis for sales optimization
• Tech-savvy: experience with CRM platforms and digital sales tools
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a remote environment
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)
• Experience with tools like ChatGPT, Claude,Apollo, HubSpot, GHL, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with sales automation workflows and no-code tools
• Experience scaling outbound sales processes
