Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Talavishiraaj Groups is building its global sales team and is looking for experienced Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to generate qualified opportunities across B2B and B2C markets.
This role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline development for consulting and AI-driven services.
What You’ll Do
• Prospect potential clients through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns
• Identify decision-makers and potential individual clients
• Conduct initial discovery and qualification conversations
• Generate qualified opportunities for the sales team
• Schedule meetings and discovery calls
• Maintain activity and pipeline tracking
Requirements
• Minimum 3+ years experience in SDR / BDR / outbound sales (mandatory)
• Comfortable with cold outreach and prospecting
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently in a performance-driven remote environment
Preferred:
• Experience selling consulting, SaaS, AI services, or digital solutions
Compensation
• Commission-Based Role (No Base Salary)
• Contract Duration: 6 Months

Commission Structure (USD)
Deals starting from $10,000 → 15% Commission
$100,000 – $999,999 → 10% Commission
$1,000,000+ → 5% Commission
Any deal beginning within the $10K range qualifies under the 15% slab.
