Salesforce Administrative Support Specialist

Number of Openings: 1 The DCX Client Services – Home-Based Salesforce Administrative Support Specialist will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in CRM systems while supporting business operations and client-facing teams. You will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and optimizing Salesforce data and processes, while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and user adoption across the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of supporting both administrative and operational CRM functions in a fast-paced environment. REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES  Salesforce Administration – Manages records, fields, workflows, and user access within Salesforce to ensure system efficiency and accuracy. Data Management & Accuracy – Maintains clean, consistent, and reliable CRM data through regular audits and updates. Reporting & Analytics – Generates reports and dashboards to support business decisions and performance tracking. Process Optimization – Identifies opportunities to improve workflows, automation, and system usage. Problem-Solving – Troubleshoots system issues and user concerns with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. WHAT YOU WILL DO  Salesforce Case Management Monitor incoming Salesforce cases (task emails) Allocate and delegate cases to the correct internal departments using provided decision guides Ensure accurate case categorization, routing, and documentation Maintain timely handling of incoming requests Salesforce Reporting (LEED Reports) Generate LEED reports for customers using Salesforce Monthly reporting using a provided list of addresses Ad-hoc report generation throughout the month upon request Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all reports Administrative Support Locate, download, and distribute documents such as: Invoice copies Excel reports Salesforce-generated files Email documents to internal team members as requested Support general administrative and operational tasks across departments Assist with data organization and internal recordkeeping WHAT WE LOOK FOR  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or any related field Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Salesforce administration, CRM support, or related roles Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.   Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.   Industry-Specific Knowledge: Salesforce proficiency (intermediate or higher – required) Comfortable navigating Salesforce independently Experience with case management, reporting, and record updates Comfortable and efficient on the phone, including handling calls in the background of their admin work WHAT WE OFFER  Salary Range: Php 38,000 - Php 40,000    Industry: Dumpster Rental   Job Type: Full-time  Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)  Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)  BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH US Industry-leading salary packages   Permanent work-from-home setup   Company equipment provided    Internet stipends upon regularization   HMO Coverage     PTO credits and service incentive leaves   Major spring and winter company live events   Monthly employee appreciation virtual events   Company-provided career skills training courses   A company culture focused on your personal and professional growth  WHO WE ARE  DCX stands out as a leading BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company that takes pride in assisting growth-focused small and medium-sized businesses across the United States to discover the perfect global talent to enhance their teams.   At DCX, our core beliefs center around fostering growth and making hiring easy.
