Our Mid-Market Sales team is a key growth engine for arenaflex, dedicated to understanding the unique needs of our clients and providing tailored solutions to drive business success. **The Role** As a Senior Account Executive on our Mid-Market Sales team, you'll be responsible for building and managing relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders. You'll develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics, and work closely with a cross-functional team to structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between arenaflex and our clients. Your goal will be to plan and achieve growth goals through the presentation of arenaflex advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing goals. **Responsibilities** * Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders, developing a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics. * Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between arenaflex and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within arenaflex to collaborate on projects and drive client success. * Plan and achieve growth goals through the presentation of arenaflex advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing goals. * Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers. * Build knowledge of how arenaflex advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital media, or advertising sales. * Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context. * Experience selling against traditional and digital media advertising solutions. * Knowledge of traditional and contemporary or online marketing strategy and tactics (e.g., product knowledge across all digital advertising products areas). * Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a customer engagement strategy. * Ability to leverage business acumen to strategically assess and help solve client needs. * Ability to achieve goals to drive growth. **What We Offer** * Competitive base salary range of $129,000-$191,000, with bonus, equity, and benefits. * Opportunity to work with a global leader in digital marketing and advertising solutions. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of passionate professionals. * Ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow your skills and career. * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the team. **What We're Looking For** * A seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in digital marketing and advertising sales. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with C-level stakeholders. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines. * Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing strategy and tactics. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven sales professional looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you!
