The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in agricultural research, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly and concisely. Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS) and agricultural modeling tools is essential. A strong understanding of geographical information systems (GIS) and remote sensing technologies as applied to agriculture will be a significant advantage. Collect, analyze, and interpret agronomic and soil data. Develop and maintain databases for research information. Author comprehensive research reports and scientific publications. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on research projects. Stay current with scientific advancements and emerging technologies in agriculture. Provide technical expertise and guidance on agronomic matters. Ensure compliance with all relevant research and safety protocols. Contribute to the development of new agricultural products and strategies. Present research findings at scientific conferences and industry meetings. Qualifications: Ph.D. or Master's degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural research and development. Demonstrated expertise in experimental design and statistical analysis. Proficiency in statistical software (R, SAS, SPSS) and agricultural modeling. Experience with GIS and remote sensing is highly desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
