This role is pivotal in driving research, development, and implementation of advanced agronomic techniques that promote environmental stewardship, enhance soil health, and improve agricultural productivity. The Senior Agronomist will work closely with farm managers, researchers, and external partners to integrate innovative and sustainable solutions across various agricultural operations. Key responsibilities include conducting soil analysis, crop monitoring, and pest/disease assessments to develop tailored management plans.
