**Job Description**
As a Senior Customer Support Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers via phone and email. You'll be the go-to person for resolving customer support challenges in a time-critical environment, using your problem-solving skills to communicate solutions verbally and/or in writing. You'll also manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, analyzing customer problems and providing timely solutions.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Resolve customer support challenges in a time-critical environment using problem-solving strategies
* Manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
* Analyze customer problems and communicate solutions verbally and/or in writing timely
* Answer high volumes of incoming requests professionally and quickly, demonstrating appropriate etiquette
* Provide general administrative support when needed
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
**Knowledge and Skills**
* Experience using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access) or similar software
* Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) – Preferred
* Customer Service experience – Preferred
* Clerical Support experience – Preferred
* Strong technology, analytical, oral, and written communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
