Senior Director Analyst – CRM, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service & Support

Job Description: • Create innovative and thought provoking insights content • Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership • Research, analyze and predict market trends to provide actionable insights • Create and deliver high value presentation materials for Gartner events • Support BTI and Sales; provide sales support serving as voice of the market Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred • 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience • Deep expertise in CRM platforms and customer engagement architectures • Proven ability to analyze and anticipate CRM market trends • Demonstrated experience advising or leading CRM functions at technology vendors or consulting firms • Comprehensive knowledge of the global CRM landscape • Strong organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills Benefits: • Competitive salary • Generous PTO • 401k match up to $7,200 per year • Opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount
