Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a comprehensive roadmap for adversarial abuse detection, prevention, and remediation across all product lines.
- Team Management: Lead a global, 24×7 team of analysts, engineers, and product partners, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance.
- Risk Forecasting: Anticipate emerging abuse trends—such as account takeovers, spam, coordinated misinformation, and AI‑generated threats—and develop proactive counter‑measures.
- Data Architecture: Partner with Product and Engineering to design robust data pipelines, knowledge graphs, and machine‑learning models that surface abusive patterns at scale.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Development, Policy, Global Operations, and Strategy teams to translate analytical insights into actionable product features and policy updates.

Essential Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling data pipelines and machine‑learning models for detection of malicious activity.
