Role Summary Seeking a ServiceNow Developer for a remote, contract-to-hire position supporting high-impact initiatives for a U.S. government client. This role requires a highly skilled professional capable of developing and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The successful candidate will collaborate across teams to deliver scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and data visualization. Responsibilities • Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and UI policies. • Build and optimize dashboards utilizing performance analytics and data visualization tools. • Integrate Configuration Management Database (CMDB) with Tanium and automate software fulfillment processes. • Support workspace modifications and enhance Service Catalog features. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, efficient solutions aligned with project goals. • Configure and support ITSM, ITOM, and other ServiceNow modules as needed. • Automate software requests, including fulfillment processes such as Adobe approvals. • Maintain and update ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools and connectors. • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and scripts. • Document technical specifications and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Qualifications • 4–6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including coding and scripting expertise. • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SAM, HAM, and public sector digital services. • Experience with Service Graph Connectors, Virtual Agent, UI Builder, Service Catalog, and Universal Request. • Proficiency with Tanium and integration of CMDB data sources. • Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required; Certified Application Developer (CAD) is preferred. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent communication skills. • Experience automating software fulfillment requests and managing performance analytics. • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred. Publishing Pay Range: $60.00 - $65.00 hourly This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
