We’re hiring a social growth operator to turn our social channels into a repeatable growth engine.
This is not a content calendar role.
This is not a “post 3x per week” role.
We are looking for someone who knows how to:
Test content at volume
Identify what works
Scale it quickly
And build systems that drive consistent reach and engagement
If you’ve grown an account or product through UGC, creators, and high-volume testing, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
1. Build a High-Volume Content Engine
Launch and manage a steady flow of content (especially TikTok + Reels)
Source or generate 10–30+ pieces of content per week
Work with UGC creators and lightweight production workflows
2. Test, Learn, and Scale
Rapidly test different hooks, formats, and angles
Identify winning content patterns
Double down on what performs (fast)
3. Develop Repeatable Content Formats
Turn one good idea into multiple scalable variations
Create formats that can be reused across creators and posts
Focus on what travels — not what looks polished
4. Work with Creators (Ongoing, Not Campaign-Based)
Source and collaborate with creators regularly
Guide content direction without over-scripting
Build a consistent pipeline of contributors
5. Optimize for Growth Metrics
Reach, views, shares, saves, engagement
Understand what drives distribution on TikTok and Instagram
Continuously improve performance over time
Must-Have Experience (Do Not Apply Without This):
You have personally grown a social account or product through content and/or creators
Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms
Experience with UGC pipelines or creator sourcing
Comfortable working at speed with minimal structure
Nice to Have:
Experience with consumer apps or high-growth brands
Familiarity with platforms like JoinBrands, Billo, or similar
Background in growth marketing or performance content
Experience creating or directing content yourself
How to Apply (Required):
Please include:
An example of an account or product you helped grow
What was the starting point vs. result?
What specifically did you do?
Your approach to testing and scaling content
Any links to content or accounts you’ve worked on
Project Details:
Type: Ongoing (part-time or full-time depending on fit)
Start: ASAP
Budget: Open (based on experience)
Important:
If your experience is primarily scheduling posts, managing calendars, or running small influencer campaigns, this role will not be a fit.
We are looking for someone who understands how to make content spread — and how to do it consistently.
