Our client, a fast-growing renewable energy company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Solar Panel Installation Manager to oversee and lead installation teams in the **Las Vegas, Nevada, US** area. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful and efficient deployment of solar energy systems for residential and commercial clients. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating resources, ensuring quality control, and maintaining the highest safety standards on all job sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar installations and proven leadership capabilities. Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily operations of solar installation crews. Plan, schedule, and coordinate all aspects of solar projects from commencement to completion. Ensure installations are completed according to design specifications, local codes, and safety regulations. Conduct site assessments and prepare detailed installation plans. Manage inventory of materials and equipment, ensuring availability and proper utilization. Train and mentor installation team members, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Perform quality assurance checks and address any deficiencies promptly. Maintain excellent communication with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues that may arise during installations. Ensure compliance with all OSHA and company safety policies. Track project progress, manage budgets, and report on key performance indicators. Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in solar panel installation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Comprehensive knowledge of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, electrical wiring, and construction practices. Familiarity with local building codes and permitting processes in Nevada. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong leadership, team-building, and motivational skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools. OSHA 10 or 30 certification is highly desirable. NABCEP certification is a significant plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks as needed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
