Sr. UI/UX Designer (Korean Bilingual)

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and meticulous UI/UX designer to join our team. A UI/UX Designer creates intuitive, visually appealing, and functional digital products by balancing user needs with business goals. Responsibilities include conducting user research, wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity interface designs, ensuring accessibility and consistency across platforms. They work closely with developers to implement designs. Responsibilities • User Research & Testing: Conducting interviews, surveys, and usability tests to understand user pain points and validate designs. • Interaction Design & Architecture: Creating user flows, sitemaps, and wireframes to structure the user journey • Visual Design (UI): Producing high-fidelity mockups, defining typography, color palettes, and interface elements (buttons, menus). • Prototyping & Iteration: Building interactive prototypes to demonstrate functionality and iterating based on feedback. • Collaboration: Working with developers and product managers to ensure technical feasibility and smooth handoff. • Design System Maintenance: Ensuring visual consistency and accessibility standards are met across all products. • Content Implementation: Uploading, editing, and formatting text, images, and video content using Content Management Systems (CMS) or publishing tools. • Design & UI Optimization: Applying established design systems to create and update UI elements like layouts, buttons, and typography for web, mobile, or e-reader platforms. • UX Enhancement: Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving user experience issues, ensuring accessibility (e.g., WCAG standards), and improving usability. • Brand & Style Management: Ensuring all published content adheres to brand guidelines, tone, and editorial style. Requirements • A bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields. • +10 years of UI/UX design and publishing experience. • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite. • Must have design and publishing experience in the Lego Framework. • Knowledge of publishing workflows, e-book formats (EPUB), or web content best practices. • A strong eye for visual layout, typography, and color theory. • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. • Ability to work across teams and maintain consistent messaging. • Excellent documentation skills. • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations. • Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. • A history of leading and supporting successful projects. • Korean Bilingual Required All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
