They are seeking a Systems Analyst I to assist with process transformation and the adoption of new technologies, particularly in AI and digital platforms, to enhance productivity and collaboration within their teams.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with process transformation, including research, implementation, facilitation and training to drive adoption of new technologies, including AI, digital experience and cloud-based productivity platforms
- Blending hands-on training, technology enablement, and project management to help teams maximize the value of Microsoft tools, digital platforms and emerging AI capabilities
- Acting as a champion for digital transformation and innovation, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows using automation and AI tools
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Promotion and coaching of best practices for digital productivity, knowledge management, and collaboration
- Analytical thinking, problem solving and coaching skills
- Adaptability in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and excellent time management skills
- A collaborative mindset, focused on continuous improvement
- Ability to translate technical concepts into engaging, role-based learning paths, workshops, and digital content (guides, videos, in-person training) for AI and productivity tools
Skills
- BS or BA in related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience with clinical and/or financial applications within a healthcare/physician practice environment
- Demonstrated progressive experience with on-line information systems; healthcare environment preferred
- Strong analytic and organizational skills, particularly in planning, communications, process design and problem solving
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of users who have a varying level of computer expertise
- Certification or demonstrated experience with Epic, AI and/or Microsoft applications
