Gallagher Benefit Services is a trusted partner to organizations navigating important people decisions. The Total Compensation & Rewards Consultant will design and implement compensation strategies for primarily non-profit healthcare organizations, aligning them with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Help clients align their compensation strategies with their organizational objectives
- Partner with clients to develop and implement tailored compensation plans
- Analyze a variety of large data sets to gain insight into client compensation program effectiveness
- Conduct market total compensation pricing analyses, benefit program reviews, incentive plan design, executive performance appraisals, board governance assessments and other analyses related to total rewards
- Assist with drafting reports to deliver insights to client HR teams and board members
- Participate in discussions to uncover client needs and project goals. Work closely with consultants, analysts, and client stakeholders to deliver exceptional service
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years in compensation and rewards, ideally within the healthcare or non-profit space
- Strong Excel skills (including lookup functions, data visualization, logical functions, data validation, VBA, etc.)
- Analytical thinking, and clear communication
- Experience working with large data sets and many sources of data
- Bachelor's degree required (related fields in healthcare administration, finance, statistics, accounting)
- You're proactive, curious, and comfortable working independently. You enjoy asking questions and identifying solutions
