In this role, you will assist clients with travel-related services, help coordinate important trip details, and provide ongoing support throughout the planning process. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely while building valuable skills in customer service, organization, and travel coordination.
No previous travel industry experience is necessary. We provide the training, tools, and support needed to help you succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
Support clients with vacation planning, travel arrangements, and reservation assistance
Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and travel packages
Review booking information and itinerary details for completeness and accuracy
Provide clients with helpful information tailored to their travel preferences and needs
Respond to inquiries through phone, email, and online communication channels
Assist with schedule changes, reservation modifications, and travel-related requests
Maintain accurate records, booking notes, and client information
Participate in virtual coaching sessions, training programs, and team meetings
