Responsibilities

Communicate booking confirmations, schedules, reminders, and travel updates
Respond to client requests and assist with changes, modifications, and special accommodations
Research travel options and identify solutions that align with traveler preferences
Verify travel details and documentation for accuracy and completeness
Track active bookings and help ensure outstanding items are addressed promptly
Maintain organized client records and activity notes within company platforms
