Responsibilities
Assist travelers with questions regarding destinations, travel options, and vacation planning
Provide support throughout the reservation and coordination process
Research accommodations, cruises, tours, transportation, and travel experiences
Help organize itineraries and ensure travel arrangements are properly documented
Communicate travel confirmations, schedules, updates, and important reminders
Support clients with itinerary revisions, travel changes, and special requests
Review booking information and travel details to ensure accuracy
Maintain organized client records and planning notes within company systems
Utilize company resources and supplier tools to support traveler needs
Participate in training programs, destination education, and ongoing professional development
