The Associate Operations Account Specialist role involves managing multi-state, multi-line accounts and developing strong relationships with business partners and agents while receiving mentorship and training.
Responsibilities
- Successfully complete applicable market new hire training and certification
- Learn to manage multi-state, multi-line accounts throughout their lifecycle, including rating/pricing, quoting, issuing policies, and handling related account activities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with teammates, business partners and agents
- Learn standardized workflows and state compliance guidelines to understand business processes
- Analyze multiple sources of information to make sound decisions
- Develop critical thinking and decision-making skills to enhance business partner and customer confidence
- Execute service level commitments and deliver quality products in a timely manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Working knowledge of standard business software, such as Microsoft Office or equivalent
- Proficient in standard business software, such as Microsoft Office or equivalent
- Analytical thinking and judgment to analyze and compare information
- Time and desk management skills to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Effective verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Ability to deliver service excellence to internal and external partners to ensure a positive experience
