U.S. Test Center Mystery Shop Audits (Multiple Cities)

We are hiring reliable, in-person mystery shop auditors to evaluate test centers in select U.S. cities while posing as scheduled candidates. The test appointment will be booked and paid for by us, no expenses are required from your end. Auditors will attend the appointment, follow a structured audit checklist, assess security and compliance procedures (including controlled compliance checks), and submit a detailed Word report with required photos within 24 hours. One auditor may cover multiple locations if available and may be contacted for future audits in their area too What You’ll Do: - Attend a real scheduled test appointment (booked and paid by us). - Observe the overall test center experience from a candidate’s perspective. - Follow a detailed audit checklist covering: - Check-in process - Staff professionalism - Security Checks - Waiting area, restrooms and testing room conditions - Accessibility and signages - Conduct controlled compliance checks, such as: - Presenting restricted items during check-in (e.g., phone visible) to check if they are asked to put in lockers or locker bags - Requesting breaks - Observing enforcement of testing policies - Where feasible, briefly attempting to access or retain a restricted item inside the testing room to evaluate proctor response - Take required photos (entrance, signage, parking, waiting area, etc. — where permitted). - Submit a completed Word audit report with embedded photos within 24 hours. Note: These actions are part of a structured compliance evaluation enforced by the testing company itself. If staff intervene at any point, you must immediately comply with their instructions. The only possible outcome is that the testing session may be stopped or marked as failed, which is expected within the audit process. There are no legal risks, penalties, blacklisting, or other long-term consequences involved. Requirements - Located in or near one of the listed cities. - Able to travel locally. - Smartphone with camera. - Able to carefully follow written instructions and a structured checklist. - Comfortable completing a pre-defined Word report template in English (primarily Yes/No questions with brief explanatory details where required). - Professional and detail-oriented. - Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented. Time & deliverable - On-site time: Around 1 to 2 Hours - Report Preparation: Approx 30 minutes. - Total estimated time: 2–3 hours per center. Payment $250 per completed center (paid after report approval).
