Your key responsibilities will include: * Managing Google Drive/Docs to ensure seamless collaboration and data organization * Managing Helpscout, our customer service email platform, to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently * Managing and organizing Kajabi (or similar CRM platform) to track customer interactions and provide personalized support * Managing Zapier to automate tasks and streamline processes * Managing a custom-built backend site for our App, requiring comfort with learning new technology and adapting to changing requirements * Managing Apple Connect and Google Play Console for App store management, without coding responsibilities * Managing Test Flight for App testing and quality assurance **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * Experience in project management or customer service leadership, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations * Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent time management skills * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Google Drive/Docs, Helpscout, Kajabi, Zapier, and other relevant tools * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner * Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes * Availability to work 20-25 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust to changing workload demands * Located in the Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with our team **Benefits** As an independent contractor, you will not be eligible for traditional benefits.
