Your Role: Workers’ Compensation Defense Associate Attorney
• Handling workers’ compensation defense matters on behalf of self-insured entities and public sector-related clients.
• Managing files through all stages of litigation, hearings, negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
• Attending remote hearings and occasional in-person appearances/trials as required.
• Working closely with a collaborative team in a fast-paced but supportive environment.
• Opportunity to develop strong long-term WC defense experience with genuine autonomy and mentorship.
Salary & Benefits:
• Base salary between $180k–$200k depending on experience.
• Quarterly bonus structure.

✅ What They Are Looking For:
• Active California Bar admission in good standing.
• 0–3+ years of experience preferred.
• Prior workers’ compensation defense experience highly preferred, though the firm is open to candidates from adjacent litigation backgrounds.
• Must be located in Southern California (Los Angeles, Orange County, Riverside, Ventura preferred).
• Self-starter mentality with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Someone looking for a long-term home within a stable defense practice.
