Responsibilities
- Index back up related to customer deductions
- Review and research information to accurately identify supplier ID’s
- Manage generic email boxes to ensure the timely filing of customer deduction info
- Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- General knowledge of accounting practices
- Previous work in Accounts Receivable
- Knowledge of general office equipment (Such as fax and copy machines)
- Excellent 10 key and typing skills
- Strong math skills
