Responsibilities
- Prepare proposals, annual plan review documents, and final presentations
- Organizing networking events
- Assist in scheduling meetings and booking travel
- Handle all incoming office invoices
- Ad hoc client requests
- Ordering office materials
- Assist Regional Vice President with any other additional requests
Skills
- Strong Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- High level attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- 0-3 years of office management experience, preferably supporting a sales team
- Bachelor's degree
- An interest in supporting a sales team and growing a career within sales
