In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our Corporate Real Estate Department by accurately tracking lease terms, financial obligations, and important deadlines. As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications. Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth financial analysis and create detailed reports on real estate assets. Manage complex lease administration tasks including renewals, amendments, and compliance monitoring. Develop and oversee budget forecasts and financial planning for real estate projects. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate real estate transactions. Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of lease liabilities and financial obligations. Review and approve financial statements, invoices, and occupancy reports. Implement process improvements to enhance lease management efficiency. Assist in the evaluation and selection of real estate vendors and service providers. Utilize real estate management software and tools to accurately track and manage property information. Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives such as portfolio optimization and cost-saving measures. Conduct financial analysis and modeling for potential real estate investments and transactions. Assist in the preparation of detailed investment proposals and presentations for senior management. Ability to build, run, and troubleshoot Robotic Process Automation (RPA) within Power Automate. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; relevant experience may substitute for education requirements (minimum 4 years of related experience if no degree) 2+ years of experience in a related role Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of related experience is required. Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience. Proficient in lease administration and financial analysis. Strong Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power BI skills. Ability to interpret and analyze considerable data sets. Experience utilizing research and analysis methods. Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to motivate/work with others. Familiarity with real estate management software and databases (e.g., ARGUS, Yardi, CoStar). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Demonstrated ability to support strategic initiatives and contribute to team goals. Qualifications We Prefer: Experience with Workday or other advanced financial management systems. Advanced certification in real estate or property management (e.g., CPM). Real estate management and transaction management with a comprehensive knowledge of the legal documentation involved in real estate transactions. Experience with Commercial Leasing. Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Experience with data visualization tools. Ability to clean, transform, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights. Experience with data querying languages and techniques for retrieving and manipulating data.
