**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Experience Champion: Delivery Station Associate, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving issues, and setting expectations. Your expertise will help us exceed customer expectations and make careerzynith the most customer-centric company on Earth. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Communicating with customers directly in-person, via phone, and via email to resolve issues and set expectations
* Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs, upholding company values and respecting every customer

* Composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues
* Approaching problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome
